Learn How to Wholesale Real Estate – Super Easy – No Cash & No Credit – Use MyNextRehab.com

HEY!!!! It’s been a few weeks so I wanted to drop you a quick “hi”. I sent out an email to all of my VIP Investors this past week on how they can attack real estate from the Wholesale side. You do not want to miss this info…. Especially if you want to make more money in 2009.

Wholesaling is the easiest way to get into real estate and make good money… There is a good chance that I will have wholesaled 46 houses just in the month of January 2009!

With those 46 houses I have $0 invested, and have seen pictures of 2 of them and never stepped foot in the others. Oh… when you have $0 invested you dont have to worry about how good or bad your credit is.

Reset Your Brain, Make Some Goals, and Attack the Real Estate Game!

Earlier this week I had a friend send me a link to help me get my mind focused.  Like most of you I read The Secret a few times.  I understand that there is a strong message (or else I wouldnt have read it 3 times), but I almost think the message is taken a little too far.  I honestly have a hard time getting excited about receiving bills.

The link I received from my friend (below) gives you a quick refresher of the Law of Attraction and a whole lot more.  No matter what you are trying to accomplish you have to make sure your head is in the right place, and you believe in yourself and what you are trying to accomplish.  Start believing in yourself!!!!  Why is it that you always hear of high school drop outs making a ton of money, but you are stuck making $35,000 per year?  The high school drop out who is making millions told himself that he is going to make millions!!!!  What have you convinced yourself that you are going to accomplish?

Sorry for babbling like a 7th grade girl, but this is good stuff … especially this time of the year when everyone is starting fresh and setting goals for 2009.  When you get a chance read this link below.  It is good stuff and if I were you I would put it on my calendar to read it once a month!

So now that we cleaned your brain up, write down some goals for yourself.  In a perfect world what do you see yourself doing with your time?  What do you have to do to get there?  How much time will it take for you to get there?  How much money?  How will you get that money?

If you haven’t yet, read The 4 Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferris.  It will really open your eyes.  Any book by Napolean Hill will get you focussing on your goals.  Think and Grow Rich and 17 Keys to Success are my 2 favorites!

If you are reading this then you probably have some sort of interest in real estate investing.  If it isn’t happening for you yet DON’T GIVE UP!  It will start happening as long as you believe it will happen.  I have a few tips that might help you out…

  1. Talk to people who are currently involved in the real estate game.  Most investors LOVE talking about real estate!
  2. Listen to people who are currently involved in the real estate game.  Get on email lists, read message boards, read blogs, and definitely read books!  I guess in short READ!
  3. Join RealEstateInvestor.com (sometimes they have free CDs and goodies for you)
  4. Always be looking at deals on online classifieds like http://backpage.com and http://myNextRehab.com (craigslist and oodle are good too).
  5. Keep learning!!!  The business is always changing so you have to stay on top.  Below are a few Education ads I found on http://myNextRehab.com to help you learn some of the different areas of the business.
